Your team never asks "am I on Friday?" again.
Free for everyone you roster, on iPhone and Android. Shifts, availability, leave, swaps and clocking on — four taps deep, no training required.
My shifts. The next one carries the clock button.
Availability. Nine two-hour blocks, painted with a thumb.
Clock on. Asked once, inside the fence.
We watch the fence, not the person.
Staff can read exactly this on the consent screen before they ever grant permission — and they can clock on manually instead, from inside the venue, if they'd rather not share background location at all.
Only around shifts
The geofence is registered half an hour before a rostered shift and dropped after clock-off. No rostered shift, no location watching.
A point, not a trail
We keep the one coordinate at clock-on and clock-off, with its accuracy — never a continuous track of where anyone went.
Kept for as long as you set
90 days by default, then deleted. Managers see whether the clock was inside the fence, not a map of someone’s day.
Refusable
Staff can decline background location and use the manual button at the venue instead. Nothing about the roster stops working.
Also in the app
Leave requests
Pick the dates, choose the type, send. Approved leave immediately blocks them in auto-fill.
Shift swaps
Offer a shift to a specific person or to everyone eligible. The manager approves the handover.
Open shifts
Unfilled shifts arrive as an offer. First to accept takes it — or the manager confirms.
Notifications that matter
A new roster, a change to your own shift, a swap answered. Not every edit the manager makes.
Works offline
Clock-ons queue on the phone and sync when signal returns, with the original time preserved.
Hours and pay so far
Approved hours this week and this pay cycle, so nobody has to ask before payday.
The app is free for every person you roster.
You pay per employee on your plan — nothing per device, nothing per download.
