Questions worth asking
What counts as an employee?
Anyone you roster or who clocks on in that month. Managers and owners don’t count, and people you’ve archived don’t either — so a seasonal team doesn’t cost you in winter.
What happens after 30 days?
The trial ends on its own. Your data stays for 90 days, so you can pick a plan later and carry on where you left off. We never charge a card you haven’t given us.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes, in one click. We pro-rate the difference — if your team grows past 15 people you move to Group and pay $5 a head from that day.
Is GST included?
Yes. Prices are AUD including GST, and every invoice is a valid tax invoice with your ABN on it.
Do you lock in my data?
No. Export your roster, people and approved timesheets as CSV whenever you like, including during the trial. Ask us to delete your account and it’s gone within seven days.
Do you have an award interpretation engine?
Not yet — and we’d rather say so. Rostru warns about overlaps, rest gaps, long weeks and short shifts, but penalty rates and award rules stay with your payroll.
